See where
work gets stuck.
You may not need more leads. You may need to understand what happens after someone calls, emails or fills out a form. We start with the records you can safely share.
Scope and fee are agreed before work. You receive a readout and a recommended next action; implementation is a separate decision.
What we can build together.
- Map the real path
Roman clarifies the customer experience and business priorities. Shane traces the agreed records from inquiry through response, estimate, sold job and payment. - Receive a usable readout
A map of the path, verified gaps, missing evidence and one recommended next step. Unknowns stay marked unknown. - Choose a focused next step
Agree the scope and fee before work. Implementation is a separate decision—not an automatic software subscription.
A few clear answers.
What does a readout look like?
Open the illustrative readout: an inquiry cannot be matched to an estimate. It shows what is known, what is missing and an action an owner can use. It is synthetic, not a customer result.
What access do you need?
Only the records and permissions agreed for the review. Do not send customer records or passwords in your initial email. We arrange appropriate access separately.
Will this prove an ad caused a sale?
No. A linked record shows an observed path. Testing whether a change caused an improvement needs a suitable comparison, not just an attribution report.
What if we already know the problem?
We can discuss a bounded implementation instead. The goal is useful work, not selling a review you do not need.
